New Years Eve/Day

On New Years Eve, my sister from another mister (aka: my sister-in-law, Loma) invited us over to their place to hang out and celebrate New Years! It was lots of fun. We just watched movies, ate lots of good food and played games til midnight! Then they invited Peyton to stay the night, so we went home with just Damon. It reminded me how easy it was with just one kiddo!

We got to sleep in the next day and go out to breakfast before going back to pick up Miss P.

It had been cold the past couple nights (and lots of rain before that) so we found some ice in Loma's backyard. There was ice in their pool about an inch thick! My hubby just had to pull some out and have fun smashing it. He's so funny.




Peyton's cousin Kelsey had painted her nails, and Peyton had so much fun, she didn't even want to go home with us!! So we stayed and watched another movie before heading home just to hang out the rest of the night. Nice and easy and relaxing!
