Seriously, it's the funniest thing. She says it constantly. Sometimes she's happy and sometimes she's not, so I have no clue what it means exactly. Chris says that maybe she is imitating all the sirens she hears. I sure hope not...
She's just talking. It's cute. Mine says ba ba ba and da da da...yours says wee wee wee. I love baby talk!
