Missing Him

I miss my husband. :(

It hasn't been quite a week yet, and I truly miss him. I miss his smile. I miss the way he makes me laugh. I miss kissing him when he comes home from work and smells like paint or some other weird substance. I miss cuddling. I miss making dinner for him. I miss watching him play with our daughter. I miss everything! Only 4 more days, I keep telling myself. Never, ever will I purposely plan to be away from him for so long again.

It's hard because it's nice to be in Utah with my family, but then I realize that I have a new family now and I miss that more than anything.
