Nothing is better than a hot roll with honey butter on it!
Honey Butter
Prep/Total Time: 2 minutes
1 cup (2 sticks) real butter
2/3 cup honey
3/4 cup powdered sugar
Leave your butter out on the counter for about 20 minutes before mixing. If you let it get too soft, you will have a gooey mess. Mix together all ingredients with a hand mixer for about 30 seconds. Serve at room temperature. Store in the fridge.
